Delightful to drink on long runs
Raspberry limeade and strawberry lemonade are the best flavors Skratch has ever created. The new POG and Mango flavors are a little too light on flavor for me.

Skratch Labs and The Feed are both awesome
My husband has an incurable cancer, Mantle Cell Lymphoma with an aggressive mutation called TP 53, that he is undergoing treatment for with a daily Targeted Therapy and he has to drink twice the amount of fluids that a healthy person does to help flush his system. And in the hot humidity we have in Louisiana he has to be extremely cautious when doing anything outside. We have three acres and while I can do the mowing I can’t handle the weed eater so he does that when he can. We had tried other hydration drinks but this is the first one that tastes good and works and we both love it! Better yet The Feed is awesome with quick delivery and we are grateful for the discounts we can get! So yay to Skratch and The Feed!

Skratch does contain electrolytes. It offers you sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Unfortunately we do not have samples to give, but you're welcome to make a single serving purchase.

Yes I was wondering if you mixed the product with water like you're supposed to but didn't use it right away, would it lose its effectiveness over time? How long can it be stored mixed before it's no good? Or do you just need to mix it as needed and just use it as recommended. Thanks so much...
