    I have been using this as an alternative to my run vest when doing recovery runs in Houston heat/humidity. This works well for keeping hydration in the system for shorter >10 mile runs where I am not needing tons of carbs, just water. The hand clasp system is comfortable and takes weight and pressure off the hands. I like that I lightly hold to the bottle and it doesn't impact me using energy to grasp. I will buy again in the future!
